Your tasks:
- Accounts receivable / accounts payable
- Checks, account assignments and postings
- Creation of payment runs and processing of value added tax settlements
- Dunning
- Collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of statistics
- Quotations
- General administrative tasks
Our requirements:
- Several years of experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
- Good knowledge of general ledger accounting
- Good and stylistically confident communication in German
- Good computer skills (MS Office / Sage / Blue Office / Excel / Word)
- Ability to work in a team
- Exact and structured way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a sense of responsibility
